• Agreement

• 5.2 Laced Laundry shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of sneakers or any other personal property left in the sneakers during the cleaning or restoration process.
• 5.3 Laced Laundry shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear that may become more apparent during the cleaning or restoration process.
• 5.4 You acknowledge that some sneakers may be more delicate or susceptible to damage during the cleaning or restoration process, and you agree to assume any associated risks.
• Intellectual Property
• 6.1 You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the intellectual property in any logos, designs, or other materials you provide to Laced Laundry for the purpose of customization or restoration.
• 6.2 You grant Laced Laundry a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such intellectual property solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
• Confidentiality
• 7.1 Laced Laundry agrees to treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law.
• Termination
• 8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
• 8.2 In the event of termination, you shall pay for any completed services rendered up to the date of termination.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• 9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brisbane, Australia.
• 9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brisbane, Australia.
